Do you sometime feel and think that, you’re a Loser? Feeling inadequate at home or at work, or to yourself, or telling yourself that you’re no good at all? We frequently heard from people or friends telling us that they are unworthy, nobody cares about them, that their life is a mess?

These Toxic thoughts sound exotic, right? But, you don’t have to worry, these are customary. However, we just need to do something to fight for it.

The average person has over 30,000 thoughts a day. Through an uncontrolled thought life, we create the conditions for illness; we make ourselves sick! Research shows that fear, all on its own, triggers more than 1,400 known physical and chemical responses and activates more than 30 different hormones. There are INTELLECTUAL and MEDICAL reasons to FORGIVE! Toxic waste generated by toxic thoughts causes the following illnesses: diabetes, cancer, asthma, skin problems and allergies to name just a few. Consciously control your thought life and start to detox your brain! 

Setting up your way of thinking is essential to get rid of these toxic thoughts. Changing your lifestyle, indulge yourself into something that will refresh you and that will make your consciousness back into your system.

How you will do that? Listen and Read Inspirational and Spiritual Preaching and Speeches.

There are a lot of websites, videos, audios and other apps that we can find in the internet that we can take advantage of, to listen and interact with. This is the most practical ways to remind us that there are others who are struggling but never once think of negativity or thoughts of failure. They even use their failures as a weapon to get closer to their dreams and goals in life.

So, here are my recommended reads and audios that will change your thoughts and inspires you to do better and better every day (I was once inspired of these ways), to fight and free from these toxic thoughts. We have to control our minds as most of the times, our emotions are uncontrollable. This is the reason why our head placement is on top of our heart to remind us to use our minds not our heart. When the heart is ablaze, the mind must control over what the heart feels. So, let’s start killing your toxic thoughts.

#1 Dani DiPirro is an author, blogger, and designer living in a suburb of Washington, DC. In 2009, she launched PositivelyPresent.com as a way to share her personal experiences and insights on positivity, awareness, and self-love — things that didn’t always come easy to her! 

#2) Joel Scott Osteen is a televangelist in Houston, Texas. Osteen’s televised sermons are seen by over 7 million viewers weekly and over 20 million monthly in over 100 countries. He has books and YouTube channel and you can simply go through his podcast  and download the 30 minute message in audio or video format directly to your iPod, PC or MP3 player and many more to learn from him.

He was ranked 2nd in Fortune’s 2017 “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders” list.

Ma is one of the world’s most powerful people, and has been a global inspirer and role model to many. He has given numerous lectures, enlightenments and advices throughout his life career. He applied for 30 different jobs and got rejected by all. In addition, he also applied 10 times for Harvard and got rejected.

#4) Nicholas James Vujicic is an Australian Christian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of arms and legs. His first book, Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life, was published by Random House in 2010 and has been translated into more than 30 languages.

#5) Victoria Arlen, world renowned Speaker, ESPN On-Air Personality, Model, Actor, Gold and Silver Medalist. After overcoming insurmountable odds at a young age Victoria has lived each and every day to her motto “Face it, Embrace it, Defy it, Conquer it”

Victoria Arlen’s life drastically changed in 2006 at the tender age of eleven when she developed two rare conditions known as Transverse Myelitis and Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis. This was an incredibly rare scenario and Victoria quickly lost the ability to speak, eat, walk and move. She slipped into a vegetative state in which doctors had written her off as a lost cause. Victoria spent nearly four years “locked” inside her own body completely aware of what was going on just unable to move or communicate.

There are many to mentioned successful individuals where we can say that their life before they became successful wasn’t easy. But by deciding to live a positive life without entertaining those toxic thoughts that aren’t helping at all, they were able to go through life’s challenges. And I don’t think we cannot do the same. I am not telling to do exactly what they were doing, but the thoughts they instill and the determination they planted in their minds is a must to live by.

And lastly, never forget to treat yourself by going out of your comfort zone. Do something extraordinary like exploring activities that you haven’t done before. This will surely give you an amazing experience that will definitely change your perspective to yourself and life in general.
