How to be happy now — according to the experts – The Times

For two years, happiness at work has meant avoiding Covid-19, qualifying for a furlough payment or maintaining a decent Zoom connection. As life returns to a semblance of normality, however, the more conventional and longstanding pre-pandemic debate around mental health, job satisfaction and the workplace is not only back on the agenda, it is dominating current choices around employment. We have glimpsed an alternative way of working, and many of us would like to adopt it permanently.
